120 lbs Ground Beef and Lamb Bundle – Hamburgers and Kobob

Fire up the grill and get ready for the best tasting burgers and kobob you may have ever had.  Special bundle of 100 lbs ground beef + 20 lbs of ground lamb.

Combine one pound ground lamb with 5 lbs ground beef to achieve the perfect combination for amazing flavor and great taste.  Both ground beef and lamb have a higher fat content making your burgers and kobob very juicy yet hold well their form on the grill.  Shape the mixed ground in round patties for burgers, or long "hot dog" shape for kobob. Many customers add a mix of minced / chopped onions, parsley, cilantro, or mint to prepare Kufta.
